Glass Negatives, Two Creeks Assessors Ledger

Written by ellen on November 18th, 2007

Sunday -November 18
I added information to many of the glass negatives. The ones I added to have a star by the entry.

Saturday – November 17
The Two Creeks 1914 Assessors ledger has been started and the 1902 and 1906 road warrant ledgers have been transcribed.
Received a sheaf of papers with obits and identifiers for the glass negative photos, and I’ve started working my way through them. Still in the B’s. I’m putting the obits with the photo as well as in the obituary section and linking from the cemetery they are in, and if not buried here, a copy of the obit will be in the buried elsewhere pages so a researcher should be able to find the obit with no problem. The information ith the photos isn’t always going to be an obit, but it will help establish who it s in the photo.
Surnames worked on:
Achter, Adam, Ammann, Anders, Arnold, Asmus, Bauman, Beck, Becker, Berg, urkhard and variations. You can find links in the Glass Negative section.

Wednesday – November 14
Added tombstone photos for #44 Evergreen for these surnames:
Bernard, Jens, Johanek, Kadow, O’Hearn, Rosinsky, Rugowski, Ruzek, Schaus,
Spiering, Staudinger, Wilharms.
