Happy New Year-Milwaukee Researchers

Monday, January 1st, 2007

Hope you all had a good New Years celebration or spent the time peacefully at home or in bed. I am just getting over an illness so things have been a little slow getting online. If you have sent me things or need information, I should get to you soon.

I am looking for more volunteers to help type. I realized that last year I may have not done so well with requests as I wanted to last year, so I have spent the last week or so gathering information so when people ask to type I should have it available. If you have asked me before and you still are interested in typing, please let me know again.
One of the bigger projects I have available right now for those of you who like to type lists is the list of students of the St. Francis Seminary 1856-1931. There are 64 pages to type up. The list gives the name, year of graduation, type of graduation (priest, bishop, very rev., etc.) and it appears where they were born including the city if a foreign country. Lots of valuable information for researchers.

If you have anyone that graduated from the seminary and just want to type the page that your surname is on, that would be helpful too.
